Building a Firm Foundation for the Next Chapter

When you look at a skyscraper, you see its beauty and functionality … but what you don’t see is the foundation that actually gives it the strength to stand. That foundation is what we’ve built in the latest release of our technology platform, IQNavigator 13.0.

This new version represents the most significant, deepest structural change we’ve ever made to our technology platform. However, when you open up 13.0, you might not realize it. Despite the brand-new dashboard, most of the changes aren’t visible at first glance. That’s because the biggest shift has occurred under the surface, establishing a foundation that allows unprecedented adaptability and flexibility.

Of course, any major change comes with bugs. In the process of rolling out this new release, we have faced some issues. With any update of this size and depth, it’s expected that flaws will reveal themselves throughout the process.

But we have all hands on deck to make those issues right for you, so if you experience them, we want to hear about it! To make your transition smooth, it’s important that you keep open lines of communication with us, keep delivering your feedback, and stick with us until you are sure your issues have been resolved.

Because that’s ultimately what this new release is all about: the ability to respond quickly to pressing changes. And even more important, the changes we’ve made behind the scenes give us the ability to adapt proactively and keep you ahead of changes and challenges in your workforce management program.

Our new dashboard is a great example of this. When you open 13.0, a popup will invite you to try the new dashboard interface. Unlike some software updates, this change won’t derail your work for a full day while you figure out how to use the new interface. Instead, you’ll see enhancements and have access to more and new data that will support your decisionmaking and make your job easier — right away.

Laying the foundation for a skyscraper isn’t always a smooth process. You’re bound to dig up some big rocks. But getting those bumps out of the way is essential to ensure a smooth, firm foundation. From there, we’ll build something amazing.
