IQN Compass is your guide to total workforce management. You may have missed it, since it was rolled out with little fanfare last month in IQN Version 13. However, the new dashboard and login you’re working with now are just the start of a new experience for you. We’ll be continuing rollouts of new features as they’re added.

What you see now

The first thing you’ll see when you log in is our slick new dashboard interface. It’s simpler, easier to navigate and more intuitive — making it not just easy to use, but engaging and attractive, too.

How you’ll use it

Starting from your login, IQN Compass is personalized so you get exactly the experience you need. It knows your role, how you work and what you’re typically looking for. Plus, it differentiates your role from other users in the system so it can quickly offer you the most useful information for your particular needs.

Through the new interface, you’ll get direct access to Compass’ built-in analytics platform. Our deep industry data is coupled with the best tools available to present you with relevant, meaningful, actionable information in real time. You’ll be able to access the data you need while you’re making decisions, moment to moment.

The Compass platform is also built to be an intuitive program. As you use it more, it will learn how you work and what you need so that you can perform your work faster and more effectively.

What you’ll get

This next-generation platform will take you from just managing your workforce to being an empowered decisionmaker. You’ll be able see options in the moment such as:

  • The price of a contractor and how that price is affected by geographic location
  • How long it will likely take to onboard and offboard a particular worker
  • The implications of being too specific — or not specific enough — in your search criteria
  • How different choices will affect your business

All the knowledge and data you need to make truly informed decisions will be at your fingertips. You won’t need to go to multiple people in your organization to get information and approval. Your decisions will be simpler and faster.

Going forward

From this point, Compass is only going to get better. We’ll gradually add functionality over time, allowing you the space to recognize new features and smoothly integrate them into your workflow, without creating a steep learning curve that impedes your day-to-day work.
