Exciting changes are happening to your user interface dashboard this summer at IQNavigator.

New Login Page

The new Login page has a user-friendly look and feel. Buyers, suppliers, contractors, and contingent workers will see time zone applicable background images and personalized greetings. The new Login page is optimized to support mobile adaptation.

Buyers using a Single Sign On (SSO) feature won’t be impacted by this change. Support for SSO is not changing.

All NEW IQN Dashboard

The all new IQN Dashboard provides a simple, intuitive user interface, plus real-time insight that can help you manage your contingent labor more effectively and optimize your investment in this growing workforce.

IQNavigator’s new dashboard streamlines CWM activities and enhances the end-user experience. The dashboard provides customer users of various types (such as hiring managers and program managers) with a quick snapshot of current tasks, transactions awaiting approval, system activities, system alerts, and more. The dashboard also includes several useful graphs and charts that provide insight into important assignment, headcount, and requisition information.

This is the first of many new and exciting releases built on the latest platform technology. During the trial period of this upcoming release, Buyer users can test drive the new IQN Dashboard and toggle back and forth between their existing IQN application and the new dashboard.

The dashboard used by suppliers, contractors, and contingent workers is not changing with this upcoming release.

Alert: Upcoming Discontinuation of IE7 and IE8 Support

IQNavigator is excited to release new technology to redefine our clients’ and partners’ user experience. To take full advantage of all the new features and functions in upcoming releases, make sure you’re using one of the following supported web browsers.

Apple Safari^®
Google Chrome^®
Microsoft Internet Explorer^® (IE) 9 or higher
Mozilla Firefox^®

Current IQNavigator application features and functions will continue to operate, but are not optimized for earlier versions of supported web browsers.

In addition, IQN will be discontinuing support for Microsoft IE7 and IE8 to provide the best possible solution to our clients and partners. The sunset date for IE7 and IE8 support is to be determined.
